It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the traffic on a house and know if there are multiple offers.  

If you don't want action and want a safer and perhaps less stress, just doing normal calls and running traffic there are cities that pay well and calmer...always hiring and growing.Not sure about the dental side, but I would guess there are opportunities in many of the growing cities. 

The other thing to look out for with lead gen websites is to make sure they have been around for awhile and that the current owner isn't the one pointing traffic to the site you're buying.

I have seen a lot of people say it depends, but if you were to sum up all the successful leads of motivated sellers in 2019 or 2020, where did they come from as a percentage of strategy (e.g. 50% web, 25% direct mail, 25% driving for dollars, etc)?

That area is a little farther north, but lots of development, traffic and new stores of ALL kinds.
