I had a 2" drain that was leaking under a concrete slab and they came out, and I was lucky, the actual relining tech from the company they licensed the technology from was teaching a class for them so the whole crew came over to look at my situation as a "field study".What I learned from that exchange was that it was more for large size drains, 3" or up. 1.5" or even 2" is pushing it.

Not that they all couldn't find out, but I'm sure as of the 10th, none will have more than a clue.Maybe a borrower could get Ralph Nader to represent them, in large cities I'm sure there are attorneys studying the DF and SAFE Act. probably an army of law clerks reading and taking notes.What might happen is that county prosecutor may get a complaint, he may call some other attorney he knows that works in bank compliance and might get the five minute version.

It's not about age, it's about maturity, being able to learn what you need to learn etc.If you want to go to a new area, get a job there, and study for your real estate license online, then go take the test.

Unlike some others, I think that people wanting to get started in RE investing SHOULD consider wholesaling, but they need to study and learn directly from the pros who are currently running solid wholesaling businesses.

Trust me, no one on this site is aware of how to cheat them, there may be some who have been lucky but it's not due to any ploy.BTW, one don't get to sleep after one year goes by in any fraud issue, the statute of limitations to fraud begins when the fraud is discovered, not when it was committed. :)

I have a tenant who called and said this morning he woke up a large crash, and discovered that his glass shower door (the hinged kind) had fallen and shattered all over the floor.This guy has little kids.
