Best way to get started when you have no money

so I really want to get started and I am highly interested in buy and holds. However I have no money, so my question is should I just keep working to save money with my job or should I start wholesaling? Or is there another way?

One of the best first steps is determining which way you want to go. If you have many roads ahead of you, sometimes it's hard to take the first step or even make a plan if your plan could be different based on which road you take.

Try reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and studying your market. Do you want to become a wholesaler? Make sure you understand everything that's involved, and determine if your market will support wholesaling. Make a plan for how you're going to get there. How much money will you need to get going? Are there mentors in your area? Have you read enough about wholesaling on Bigger Pockets?

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, but you first need to be sure which direction you're going or you'll never get anywhere, you'll just wander around in circles.
