If the Title has been turned in to the state with the home attached to a permanent foundation instead of just tie-down strals and it has land together - it is usually treated just like a single family home.

I'm not sure what their capabilities are, but if they can bore some blind-holes on either side of the crack, they can probably tie both sides of the table together with clamping hardware (all on the underside of the table).
