Where can I get the one page contract for Texas?

Hi I'm new to wholesaling and I live in Texas I wanted to know where can I get the one page assignment contract that also have the clauses where I can back out if I can't sell the contract? And also where can I get the seller agreement contract for the cash buyer?

Marcus - Welcome to BP. I started out with a 1 page purchase agreement and a 1 page assignment. The PA quickly became 3 pages. Now I am transitioning to the TREC contract for several reasons. I'd suggest you use it with any addenda specific to the situation. The assignment contact can be a one pager. I considered uploading mine, but it would be pointless because it is so closely tied to my old PA.

I am not a fan of weasel clauses. Quite honestly, you should be prepared to close if you can't assign it. Just keep your EM low, like $100, and set closing out 30 days.

I'd recommend you spend some time reading the wholesaling posts on BP and spend some time at a local REI club.
