I travel quarterly and its fun (and I am married with three kids).

However, the county only has other small towns, so all of the farmers and people from other towns are used to travelling for shopping.2.

I travel between Bermuda and Atlanta all the time, so I guess establishing connections in the Atlanta area would be the smartest move.So... is there anybody near Atlanta experienced in wholesale?

I can tell you$1,300 sounds insanely low especially considering you need to have E&O insurance, there are travel costs etc. 

Planning to travel abroad soon and thinking of better solutions for property management opposed to paying a firm 8-10% and eating into cashflow.

Although we're pretty financially disciplined we do spend money on traveling quite a bit, as I'm a pretty big roller coaster nerd.

Handling it all yourself and traveling to advertise properties. 

My mother in law has been using it for her side business - ( which is not real estates related)  she works alot of events and has tax deductible travel expenses for conference.

They are for travelling contractors, those scary looking guys with neck tats you see doing skilled labor at a refinery (welders, pipefitters, boilermakers).
