Honestly, it's extremely hard to network in the market you're investing in from afar.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

I have a few properties in the NC (Charlotte and Fayetteville) and would love to network and see if there's anything I can do to help others or learn from those ahead of me.

And you likely haven't faced life on a downturn, it all comes down at once and it's kind of correlated professionally and personally. 

Also bought two on the courthouse steps but never really got into that.Then we got more into portfolios of properties, which we mostly get from networking (agents, wholesalers, other contacts, etc.)Some have also had a lot of success with SEO marketing but we haven't gotten into that much.

We use professional crews that can cut, edge, and blow off all the decks and hardscapes in 25 minutes and the yards look great - no more complaints from the city or neighbors.
