Mobile home buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $97,500
Cash invested: $11,331

4/2 MH. 1982 sq ft. 1 Acre of land. 30 minutes north of kingwood

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The tenants that are currently there are good people who take care of property so not too worried about damages and the price was ideal.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was once helping the tenants try to purchase it but financing fell through. So i purchased it.
