Nothing grinds my gears more than people who signed up for Sub To yesterday and approach legit investors with their line about having "partners" all over the country and they close deals everywhere. 

You are wise to be wary of this.If it turned out to be legit then you would be renting to the agency and they would be responsible for the rent and the property.

Reality is, this could be a legit reason to non-renew your property/account, or just any reason among 1,000 different ones that the carrier could send as reason to get off your account.

If you want to gamble on appreciation just go to the casino and put it all on red or black at the roulette table.
