Just having your hand out and asking for everything isn't very inviting.

I'm not against education at all and it does have its place Okay so now into my experience i was invited to a meeting for the one in downers grove from a guy that I had met this week at a local meet up.

Then the big boys like invitation homes (Blackstone which is a large wall street fund for folks who don't know ) came in purchased 7000 plus homes in little under a year.

Then if it interests you, you send them an email the next day and say, look I really am interested in what your doing, could I invite you to lunch one time so I could ask you a few things.

I'll give you a Hoosier invite. 

If you let her get away with this $700 you are inviting more trouble.

Meanwhile we have been inviting plumbers over and collecting bids.
