If I had to guess, roof looks like its about 30 degree angle and I would guess about 4 feet of clearance (5 tops) in the tallest part of the attic space.

I just graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Computer Science and have begun a data engineering job at Fidelity Investments in mid-June.

While there is a lot to gain from going to college, very few real estate careers require a college degree. 

Habits like those don't appear over night, they take years to build, so I wouldn't have a ton of faith in an immediate remedy but your response should be tempered by the degree of the infraction.

Two years ago hospitals and healthcare facilities were hiring left and right to every person that had a RN degree, even without traveling experience, paying 2 or 3 times more because how desperate they were.

I have a Gree in my oversized garage that I basically keep at 70 degrees at all times.

Thats cheaper than a college degree. 

Just to summarize- Weekend Only (maybe evenings during the week a bit, but Part time overall)- Exposure to real estate investments/transactions/management - Opportunity to meet new people / be social - (Ideally) in the Phoenix metro areaIn case it's important - I have a Bachelors Degree from a well recognized private institution (non-business related), have worked in professional capacities for major start ups/small businesses for over 12 years 

I'd educate to a decent degree - do not overthink this stuff - and then get started.
