Hi BP’s, newbie here in the north dallas suburban area of Frisco Tx. I’ve always wanted to invest in property but I was to afraid of the unknown.  I’m a lot older now and decided to do something I know I will love and enjoy . I’m currently taking it all in, learning and educating myself to have my first investment property by the end of the year or sooner. ….  Funny thing about me is I spent thousands on a program 20 years ago to teach me how to invest and buy property . The material kept coming via box after box after box. I was so overwhelmed I trashed the whole program and now 20 years later I’m here with an 800 credit score, no education but still determined to be successful  . Moral of the story if I would have tossed those boxes and jumped  into real estate anyway I would be rich by now. In the meantime I welcome all advice, mentorship and or Partnership.💕

@Sharon Cain hello neighbor. Real estate is a great asset class and I'm glad you are now committed to your investing career. If I may suggest a few things, 1-decide on your goal SFH or duplex? Doing it alone or financially investing with a partner ? Turn key or want a property with needed work ? Etc

2- get your financing in order and for starters get per-qualified so you know your budget. Hope this helps. Reach out if you’d like to talk more. Cheers
