Wanted to know ways people are excelling in standing out from others.  

I just see them often around here and don't know if it would be a wise investment unless I make them stand-out.Bandit signs, direct mail, Facebook/social networking?

I'm buying an investment property in Indy and am going to put in new pex plumbing, rewire the house and put in a new panel, replace the roof, put in a new furnace and water heater.Has anyone worked with quality contractors in Indy who will stand behind their work?

@Claudio Golia It has been my experience with VR/STR that if you manage the rental yourself you stand to cash flow very well.
