New to bigger pockets!!!

Aloha,

My name is Benito and I am new to the bigger pockets community. Actually, I've had my account set up on bigger pockets for a few months now, and I listen to the podcast regularly, but this is really the first time actually introducincing myself and participate in the forums. 

I am originally from Taos, NM, and now currently live in Ewa Beach, HI. I own two rental properties in New Mexico and am attempting to get started in house flipping here on Oahu. I'd love to get to know as many people here on bigger pockets, not only from Hawaii, or New Mexico, but all around the world. 

I look forward to chatting with you, and am really excited to be involved with the bigger pockets community.
