And, seems most are ignoring such issues to accept the consequences, that will follow them for a long time, that may just be a warning as a tug on your choke collar, the next violation will probably have you affording dry food for awhile and the next time could send you to the pound, but you won't be put to sleep.

Negotiate for a large piece of ownership in the deal or do a wrap mortgage where you wrap a loan around the first loan you get from bank funding which would have an interest rate in excess of the bank rate, and would give you foreclosure powers in the event the payments were not made.It looks like there may be two many cooks in this kitchen too.
