Hi BiggerPockets community. My name is Paul and I'm currently living in St. Louis (Go Cardinals.) I'm brand new to real estate investing. BiggerPockets has become my go to resource and I hope to give back one day. I'm currently on the hunt for my first multi-family home with plans to owner-occupy.
