Great way to reverse engineer how to be a good investor in multifamily.

I am a licensed civil engineer here in the Philippines and graduated at the top school(UP-Diliman).

We have multiple crews that handle most of the work and GC's, Engineers, and Architects that support us all the way.

I used to work in Construction and Design industry (as an Engineer, then a Project Manager for a home developer). 

I am currently a full-time electrical engineer. 

I'm extremely excited to start my investing journey here in the Tri-Cities area, northeast TN and Southwest VA.My background is in the Nuclear engineering field.

@Justin Juhan Just curious, does the app also consider the structural engineering?

I will admit I lived for $500/mo in Rancho Cordova in a furnished bedroom in a lady’s twin house (2/1) (it was a side by side but she didn’t own both sides) after I graduated from Berkeley as an engineer and it was awesome to save money and travel as a 24 year old.

Cost segregation costs are normally$400 - $600 for a software based self engineered study$1,500 - $5,000 for a professional engineered studyThe only reason you want to ask your accountant if you would benefit because if you didn't ask, you may be spending thousands on something that would not benefit you.

With this in mind can anyone recommend a structural engineer (i guess this is the profession who would take care of this), to advise / consult on a solution, preferably based in West side of town (Katy area).
