Looking for Turnkey Success stories

Hi Everyone!

I am currently a full-time electrical engineer. I am just beginning my real estate investing journey. I recently closed on a turnkey rental property in October (see linked post).

Turnkey properties seem like a very good option for me to continue my real estate investing while working full-time. I am curious if anyone has some turnkey success stories they wouldn't mind sharing.
