I own many properties in Baltimore - I receive many of theses letters and cards all the time about people who say they want to buy my property (they never do or they make an offer so low that it is laughable  - who would ever take a letter to buy a property written on a yellow sheet of paper with the writing or printing looking like a child wrote it?

If someone is single and makes 1 million a year, their comfort level may be higher to purchase a luxury item versus the couple who is married, has 3 kids, a mortgage, multiple cars (one child in college and two on the way), and makes 1 million dollars.
