What software or membership sites are the best for getting up to date and accurate data on ownership, liens, and value estimating?

what are some top picks for management apps or desktop software you are using? 

That doesn’t take your agent friend much time to pull and shoot you over a pdf (at least it doesn’t in the Houston market with the MLS we have—I can’t speak to other markets because they all use different software).

There is also a new large casino with several restaurants being built south of town that is stated to provide 1000 full time jobs.

For a single family home, though, you'd generally be better off going conventional.With regards to management software I have been delighted with my experience with Hemlane (basic, not their premium service, which seems like it only makes sense in a few markets but does sound cool). 

I manage a couple properties in Canada now and I want to branch out and manage more properties, as I am the only one managing said properties what would be the best way to start and what software is best? 

ie. dispositioning your calls (call back, not interested, no answer, wrong number)  in some software or at lealst on a spread sheet?   

It makes it way easier to move fast when you know if somethings a deal or not.You have to move fast, when I make a decision to buy, I can do it based off of pictures and usually within 3 to 5 minutes after a couple of questions feel very comfortable putting a contract on a property.Using a software that does the bidding process for you for repair cost that only helps you know how much it will be, it also gives you ammo with the seller to lower the price.There is so much to tell you and I don’t want to make this post into a novel LOLFeel free to reach out to me if you want to jump on a call for five minutes with some questions.Best of luck!
