What valuation and data service is best?

I’m getting back in the game after some time off and I’m also in a new area so I need to figure out the lay of the land here and start learning values in the area.

What software or membership sites are the best for getting up to date and accurate data on ownership, liens, and value estimating?

I used to use Win2data many moons ago to give an example of how long I’ve been out of the active purchasing game.
