@Jerryll Noorden I watched some of Jerry Norton videos on YouTube where he goes on Redfin and filters for fixer-uppers only where the numbers would work for wholesaling and makes offers.

The level of institutional $ I see pouring into Real Estate today, and where it's coming from, it's hard to not think this is a financial life-boat action, it's simply too extreme in it's scale and breath.    

Just got the Air 2s.Thanks for the heads up on the sand filter.  

Dishwashers get clogged because people aren't scraping/rinsing dishes and the food builds up in the filter. 

My first search filter is location.

I hate to say it, but some PM's can be the worst about this, they want to get one more rental commission, and put the first breathing applicant in to fill a vacancy, or extend someone's term another year!

I tried to use Rent.com and other rental website to filter by ADU but they  haven't adapted/upgraded yet to this capability.We are looking for prospective property that has existing single fam res on large enough lot to build an ADU and convert the garage to a JDU and of course I need to know not only the costs but the projected rental rev. thx
