I am curious with things being up-in-the-air where others see this investment space moving to. 

There will be no central air conditioning, laundry or any other high powered electric.

Sorry, first and foremost I always make sure the roof is good and the windows are closed and not allowing access or air.

It's possible the bottom seal or side seals got pulled off at some point and cold air is pouring in.

Each unit features central air and two stories sono tenant has another unit above them.

Also replace all air filters on day 1, they probably filthy.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
