I am relatively new as well, focusing in the greater Philadelphia area.My biggest piece of advice would be to start listening to the Podcasts, they are totally free an available on a myriad of different platforms (iTunes, YouTube, Stitcher, etc.)

You can go watch youtube videos or read books on selling, but ultimately there's nothing that will replace getting out there and doing it.If you can find some way to be around someone more experienced than yourself that you can listen in on, and lift what they do that works for you and who you are, that's a gold mine right there.

I listened to all the podcasts, devoured books, watched a ton of YouTube videos, went to a BP meetup here in San Diego ( which was an awesome learning experience everyone should try and attend these events!)
