Hello yall,

My name is Caleb. I currently live in Pasadena/Baltimore Maryland. Im interested in investing and also owning/ renting out properties. I would absolutely love any advice anybody could give me.  

Completely new at this and am just starting to learn about all of this.

Look forward to any advice anybody can share with me. Also, If anybody lives in my area, Hit me up!
