I've lived in San Antonio, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and now reside in Chicago.Grew up in Houston and lived for 6 months in San Antonio.

Even places where it's cheaper to live like Vegas, or AZ.

Ideally, I would rather be in the sunbelt than in Detroit in winter, so please suggest some place between Vegas and Florida.Thanks so much for your help!

So, to give a little back story, my wife and I are moving to Las Vegas from California and I've decided to expand my real estate investment from rehabbing properties to rental units.

I purchased a high-rise condo (loft) in Las Vegas in 2011, which happens to be in their most-progressive downtown district, and is on the Strip.

I currently have one house in TX and 2 in Vegas and I would like to get another (probably in NV).

I have been thinking about making profit buy purchasing rental properties but in Silicon Valley prices are over my budget, I m considering las vegas, or florida, these are the only 2 I can think of right now,  I am only intrested in buying cash.and I want to start with 100k as budget.

All apartments are currently leased and in the neighboring area (within 2 miles) they are about to start construction on the first non-indian owned casino here in upstate NY.
