Professionally, I am a collections attorney.

My husband has the full time job and I'm doing all the research and trying to figure out how/when/where to make the first move.We've gotten the LLC formed - business phone number set up, business cards, all the proper paper work filed, etc...I've had my real estate license for 2 years (but never acted as a traditional realtor - sold 1 home and did rentals and referrals for family/friends).

Should I send a letter through mail or how can I find his phone number online ?

I did get off the phone with my city/county records of deeds office.

He owes $118K on the house, its a rental and his tenants just renewed their lease for $1,400/mo, and the property is being professionally managed.  

No response then on Monday  emailed and 2 phone calls again no response. 

I have a team but I am always looking to expand to include other professionals, contractors especially.

BNI has been a big help in my other business and BNI is heavily saturated with real estate professionals and other related fields (commercial lenders to landscaping to roofers, etc.)
