Hello, I am new to wholesaling and just found a property around my neighborhood that has been vacant for about a year or two now. I found out the owner wants to get rid of it as is. Should I send a letter through mail or how can I find his phone number online ? Thank you, David

Check the county assessors web site, you should be able to search the address and find the ownership information. That should have a name and mailing address.

As far as a phone number, use google, once you have the name, you should be able to dig up a phone number
