This implication and the $35/adult application fee should discourage felons from applying.Unfortunately, I can see this type of ordinance as a possibility in CA in the future.

I understand cash flow properties are better found outside of CA and I will be digging in to those in the future, even possibly outside of the country in expat communities (one of my partners is a digital nomad that lives abroad is familiar with areas in Thailand, Colombia, Indonesia etc).

Or I suppose I could pay it off with the HELOC and consolidate...if the numbers work of course.as one who has created a few LID's in the past as a developer.. we did those through different types of Bonds which are then attached to your tax bill .. in CA they are mello Roos 1915 act.. etc etc.. these have to do with selling in the secondary market and if the county backs them or not if the owner does not pay.Any way way back in the day these bonds were written at 8 to 12% interest.. yield for the note investors..

I dont understand why wholesalers do this garbage..He says oh... issue is my investor has the purchase assignment. and for 15k EMD he will assign it to you, and then you can evict or cash for keys... but you cant see the inside.. in California...
