Newbie From Columbus Ohio Looking at Single Family & Small Multis
Hello guys my name is DeMonte Hester I've been a member on the site for a while now but am now just taking advantage of some of the tools and opportunities that BiggerPockets offers! I'm 21 years old and have two boys and me and my fiancé are looking to invest in single family and small multifamily units in good school districts. If anyone has any good advice on getting started, people to contact and meet, or just want to say hello! I'd greatly appreciate it!
