I know that it is illegal to use airbnb in many cities, but bayonne NJ is not, I leav in a two family house, I rent the first floor that includes a ground floor with independent entrance, but is not an apartment which I was using as Airbnb, I had an inspection and the lady gave us no option other than to cancel everything, her reaction was more personal, place have two exits, two bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette, we ask what can we use the space as and she say watch tv, didn’t give us any papers about it just her warning and her I will take you to courtAll responds are appreciated.

I currently have 4 in the yard, all Chevy/GMC 2500s, one for parts and 3 registered ('03, '04, and an '05), and I'm buying another '05 as soon as the lady that inherited it gets the title in her name (A deal I can't pass up, her dad bought it last December for $11k, she's selling to me for less then half of that.).
