Section 8 Rental - Pros and Cons
Hey y’all
Been working on acquiring SFH in North Carolina (I live in CA). Today my realtor visited the house and notified me that it's a Section 8 house. To me that means rent will always be paid on time (90% assistance).
The current tenant has been there 6 years and kept the house in immaculate condition.
What are some things to be cautious of when dealing with this kind of property?
