Can anyone recommend a good simple web site to check current commercial loan interest rates for multifamily buildings.

If the bank gets the property at auction, then they'll deal with any issues before selling as an REO.......usually that is, I know one REO for sale now with a $400k code violation fine.....they are selling it sub to the lien, and letting the buyer gamble on what amount they can negotiate it down to.

@Adrian Reyes  well to state the obvious  crowdfunders gather investors over the internet and through their web pages.Not inviting a 5k investor to your home.. 

You could give them the choice of either $25, or pull it up on your laptop (at the property, hooked up to a cell phone wifi hotspot) with you sitting there watching and them on a guest account, with the web browser in porn mode. 

Our web developers are aware of the issue with the iPhone app and they're working on a fix for it.

When you are investing in out-of-town, unknown markets, you are gambling on both of those factors.
