Currently looking into getting a natural gas line in Ulster County and they are also giving me smoke and mirrors in regards to timeline.I will be closing while the weather is above freezing so hopefully this doesn’t hold the process up too much.

They seem to do this a lot since their own family(I'm extended) never even helped them.So even tho I'm sure they still wont pay even with a court order I'll still do it to be a thorn in my side like they've been to be for almost 2 years.Although I'm torn as to weather or not I should inform their new landlord what they are in store for.I have that contact information(their new landlord) and will be calling them to get their new address so the court papers can be served to them.

Anyway, I agree that there's other things to consider if someone has a low FICO score, but i was wondering if the reverse is also true, and it might be easy to have a high FICO score by paying bills on time but that it doesn't necessarily show that they're able to weather life's inevitable roadblocks.

I live here in Pittsburgh and love it, weather isn't the best but everything else outweighs that haha.as far as areas to avoid, I feel like there might be some kind of crime map based on reported crimes in a certain geographical area.
