Take some great photo's of the place and do your own ad's on craigslist.. and answer the phone for your new renter.Once you have a contract with a management firm it's a round robin you won't get out of it soon enough, and it may cost you more than you think.review some of the posts in BP about how much trouble some of the owners are having with these firms and think twice before you cut yourself short ..YOU can do it yourself.
