I'm curious, Is this PM out of touch with reality OR on how rental property owners, that don't self-manage, feels?

Hi Igor,I'm with Sunnon Property Management and we work with real estate investors that want to rent out their home and we also do all rehab work. 

From a property management co owner we don’t need any reason not to renew someone’s lease.

Dealing with a wholesaler can get you in trouble if you are confident in what and where you are looking.

I would employ a property management company that can handle this for you, like the one I work for as an agent.

Once she moved out a couple years later, we hired a property manager and they have been great. 

But, one has to be very careful and actually have a member move in or you can get in trouble if anyone checks.

If you went through that many property management companies you probably owned a slum property. 

I would like to bring in a mortgage servicing company to manage the payments.
