You may have to go to the municipal office to get the property records on those other 2 to prove who owns them.

I should state that I'm a noob with no properties but I've been studying and crunching numbers for the past year.

The very fact that you've only got $500 to your name proves that you aren't actually amazing with start ups, subcontractors and customers.
