Assembling a team near Hampshire, IL.

I'm newer to real estate investing, but my wife and I have been studying for the past year. We are finally getting closer to making a move. In fact, if a deal popped up tomorrow, we would find a way to make it work.

That brings me to my dilemma. We are having a hard time finding an agent in our area who is investor friendly. We live in Hampshire, IL but we are looking in Huntley/Hampshire/Sycamore/Dekalb areas.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated!
