Right now, our DSCR rates start in the mid to high 6s but we also offer a zero-point option with a slightly higher rate.

We’re just starting out so we don’t have a huge network, but think we can leverage 203kcontractors.com as a good starting place since this is a similar type of loan.

Also, I will start attending the Orlando CFRI meetings.  

They are a good way to get started.
