Rental is a 1 bedroom without laundry. 

I'm super happy starting off with single family medium or long term rental strategy, hold for as long as makes sense, and keep purchasing the same type. 

The other sucky rule the city has is the minimum rental length is 7 days so whether you rent for 1 day or 7, it counts as 7. 

They all are just computers making guesses based on other rentals in the area and adjusting for things like more square feet.

Every person on this forum is going to have a different idea on what makes a "good deal"Personally, for rentals, I look to gain as much equity right off the bat as possible and have little to no money in the deal.

Did you advertise the place for rental?

Most Mid-Term/Furnished rental owners that I know do Airbnb.

Closing on a rental property on Thursday and the settlement statement shows that rents and security deposits are a debit to the seller and a credit to me.
