Like many other community owners, I have looked to solar to improve safety in areas that would be hard to reach with current infrastructure.A few considerations are deciding how they will be mounted, your budget, and how bright you want them.

I think maybe our family has reached the tipping point where it's wortwhile.J

Maybe it's priced aggressively enough that they think someone will buy it based on the limited info available on it, or maybe it's a FSBO deal and the seller is unreasonable, or maybe the listing agent is doing the best they can dealing with a difficult or hard to reach seller, or the seller has sloppy accounting, or they died, or the listing agent is incompetent/inexperienced, who knows?

I would tell him kiddo could cut himself on the other radiator too as their fingers are very small and can reach places we can't.
