A few small towns (2000-3000 pop) in WI have contacted me and told me that they are swamped with people wanting to live there but the city does not have enough houses.

When I set up my account it was something that popped up and now I don't see it. 

You have more luck with pop and mom investor owner rather than corporation.

With rapidly increasing prices, we question if the bubble will pop.

If you don’t already have a tenant you should be able to pop in the attic.

With LVP under 4mm thick, any imperfection in the subfloor is definitely going to telegraph through, and it won't take a significant low area to cause a spot where the planks pop down / click when you step there.  

It would be nice if a ton of inventory popped up and heck it would be extra nice if said inventory included some REO’s and short sales and favorable pricing.
