I was wondering if anyone knows of loan products out there that are beginning to look at or accept this income for DSCR?

Am I looking at the wrong type of person for the job and should be focused on handymen instead of property managers? 

I have the necessary income and credit, but am a little lost on what types of loan products and which lenders I should be looking for.
