As a former Computer Consultant and Business Owner, computer technology only gives an incremental reduction in costs over like minded tasks that require organic (human) input.

He's going to have a hard time making an solid argument if you guys have a plan that's organized with numbers that make sense.

Learn the art of finding cheap/free leads, then the art of skip tracing/cold calling/rvm, using an organization tool to keep track of leads, get a contractor on your team and you will be fine.
