Property management software
I'm looking into different property management software, and figured BP would be the best place to find the pros and cons of a bunch of different choices. So what are you best pros and cons for the software that you use?

You're going about this the wrong way.
Software is a tool and needs to fit the job. When you see nut that needs to be tightened, do you just grab the first tool at your disposal or do you look for the appropriate tool?
PM software is very much the same. Are you managing 300 rentals with a staff of four or are you looking to track a single tri-plex by yourself? Different jobs require different tools.
For individual Landlords, there are very inexpensive solutions like Cozy.co or TenantCloud. Use the search bar above for "Landlord software" or "property management software" and you'll probably find thousands of discussions and blogs on this subject. My recommendation is that you find the top 3-4 systems, sign up for a trial account with each, and run them through the wringer. Figure out what works best for you, make a decision, and then give it the ol' college try. After 6-12 months, you'll have more experience and know if the software is working for you or not. Then you can test other systems to see how they compare and determine if there is one that will work better for you.
Don't waste your time looking for perfect software because it doesn't exist. Find something that meets most of your needs and use other tools to fill in the gaps.
