What degree of accuracy have you seen on your previous 9 between forecasted rent value and the value they assess upon application?

My professional background is in engineering with a Master's degree, so I have a very analytical mind and the drive to dive into problems with a personable and positive attitude.

If I had to guess, roof looks like its about 30 degree angle and I would guess about 4 feet of clearance (5 tops) in the tallest part of the attic space.
