Hi folks! So I am new to the states; about a year now, I came with little to no money. All that I have in saving was $6000. I hustled ( i am a full stack developer ) I develop apps for a living, it's hard to get a job if you don't have a degree from the states itself, so I kept freelancing here and there with some consulting for local agencies and startups in the Pittsburg area, I saved enough money to get my first real estate deal, I did the handy work myself and kip the house, so I have a monthly kinda stable income.

Currently, I have almost $50k in saving. I established a good credit score ( 740 ) this year, but I can't really get a good loan without a backup job,

so what would you do if you're in my case?

if you have

- $50k in saving.

- 740 credit score ( 8 months of age )

- no full-time job

- low income
