If they are able to generate these numbers consistently, they are going to have massive profits that they can reinvest OR they will be able to get bank/investment company financing.Most likely it is a newbie that went to a "get rich quick in real estate using leverage" seminar...and is trying to drum up $$$ through anyway possible.In the alternative, it is a scam, probably a ponzi scheme.Either way, nothing I would want to be associated with...

It's just not for me.JMHO,Vicsimply put fine minds think alike.. the CC BS is one of the worse things I see promoted.. its one thing for someone making a few hundred grand a year and wants it for over flow and can easily stroke a check to pay them off if it does not go well. but to have limited reserves or capital and then go into massive CC debt is really really risky.. and it hammers your fico on top of it.

So I'm trying to use my USD to buy real estate through two currency proxies that both have massive price swings (up and down) and then I have to hope they buy a solid piece of real estate, the ICO isn't a scam, the operators are good, and who knows what happens around reporting income, taxing of that income, etc.

FYI , we do have the storm drains and retention ponds (massive ones, addicks and barker reservoirs, near me will hold 510,000,000 cubic meters combined), etc. the cost here is likely lower because of the shear number of "undocumented" workers, and no snow loads to speak of.
