@Patrick Cruse the biggest obstacle I see to your plan is getting conventional financing in an LLC when you go to cash out.

I may be wrong and maybe other wholesalers can jump in here and give you better advice.

I call them for the price of the rent, she places me on hold and tells me she's gonna get back to me about the price as it wasn't in her system yet due to the newness.
