My reason for joining the investor community is to become my own boss, when I’m handling someone else’s finances and worrying about someone else ROI it takes the FREEDOM out. 

Hey guys, Im still at the beginning stages of establishing a path to financial freedom but I have started.

They don't have to deal with a potential bad tenant running their property in the ground and we have the freedom to get creative and host the property like it was our own. 

My main goal is to attain financial freedom through real estate.

I have always wanted to live in Florida and also plan to obtain my financial freedom through buy and hold. my question is which markets in Florida are the best for that strategy and hold do I go about doing the research?

This book got me thinking about the importance of financial freedom and helped me look at money in a different way.

And with cash, you have the freedom to shift your investments into a protected position.

Anyway, I'm here to learn more so I can one day reach financial freedom and possibly have something to pass onto my kids (which they'd obviously have to work for).  

I am determined to start my journey to financial freedom.
